EduEval is teacher evaluation software built by a practicing K–12 school administrator. Principals and instructional coaches capture raw observation notes — half-sentences, shorthand, whatever the walkthrough allows — and EduEval drafts rubric-aligned, evidence-based feedback for the evaluator to review, edit, and own.
It works with the Danielson Framework, Marzano, or a district's custom rubric, including local performance descriptors. The AI never invents evidence and never scores a teacher; it organizes what the evaluator observed into clear, defensible narrative feedback, delivered while the lesson is still fresh.
EduEval stores teacher observation records, not student records. Notes are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited by role and audit-logged, and no student data is required. It's self-serve (no district procurement required to start) and free for up to 5 observations a month.
