Nexiboard is onboarding and training software for small and mid-sized teams. It replaces spreadsheets, paper checklists and scattered emails with one clear place for everything new employees need in their first weeks, and for the training everyone has to repeat every year.
Onboarding flows: Put tasks and courses in the right order once and assign the flow to a department or to individual people. Deadlines come with automatic reminders, and everyone can see their progress at a glance.
Training and courses: Build courses from text, video, PDF and quizzes. Mandatory training is passed once the minimum score is reached. Recurring courses show who needs a refresher by when, and every completed course becomes a certificate you can print or save as a PDF.
Tasks and approvals: Tasks have a checklist, a deadline and, if needed, a proof of completion. Employees upload the proof, and their manager reviews and approves it. Work in a Kanban board or a list.
Documents: Share policies with everyone or with selected departments and track who has confirmed reading them.
Privacy by design: Managers only see what is due in their team. There are no rankings, no quiz scores and no login times. Company analytics show totals only, and only for groups of five or more people. More insights can be turned on one by one, with the confirmations your country requires, such as works council approval. A configuration report is available to attach to a works agreement.
Quick start: Import your team from CSV or Excel, for example exported from Personio, HiBob or DATEV. The file is read only in your browser. Nexiboard is available in English and German, and all data is stored in the EU (Ireland).
