ScheduleMe.In is scheduling, quoting and payment software for small service businesses that do repeat work at a customer's home or premises: window cleaners, gutter cleaners, lawn care, house and carpet cleaning, pressure washing, pool service and pest control. It is built around one loop. You raise a job from a reusable price book, and the customer gets a single link. They read the quote, accept it, pay a deposit if you asked for one, and choose a time. The appointment lands on your calendar and they get a confirmation, with a reminder the day before. Every slot offered allows for the drive from the appointment before it, worked out with Google routing plus a travel buffer you set, so a booking is never made that your crew cannot reach in time. The unit you schedule is a business calendar, a van or a crew rather than a person, with unlimited people attached on every plan. Bookings sync two ways with each person's Google Calendar. Recurring follow-ups raise the next job, copy the quote across and send a fresh booking link when the work is due, so regular customers rebook without being chased.
