ScheduleForward is scheduling software for physician groups, emergency departments, clinics and operating rooms. Teams build schedules in whichever of four connected workflows fits them: the Generator, a constraint-based optimization engine that produces a starting schedule from your coverage requirements, preferences, quotas and rules; Guided, which places assignments step by step; Manual, for placing every shift directly; and Draft, where clinicians pick shifts in controlled turns with a pick clock and rescue picks. Nothing publishes automatically. An administrator reviews every schedule before anyone sees it. After publishing, clinicians trade and pick up shifts on a trade board, request time off, set shift and availability preferences, and subscribe their phone or computer calendar to their assignments. The Generator is not a language model, and it is not trained on your data.
