Upload the documents as they are, including whole folders or ZIP files: majiq recognizes every document, files it in the right area and shows what is missing. It reads every document, cross-checks contracts against financial statements and financial statements against the business plan, and recalculates revenue, EBITDA and net debt for each company. Sellers, bidders and specialists work in the same data room with their own access rights, and every view and download is logged. At the end, majiq writes the due diligence report: every finding is backed by evidence from your documents and cross-checked by two AI reviewers. Data is stored in Switzerland, and your documents do not train AI models.
