Kimeboard is a decision-agreement tool for small software vendors, freelancers, and their clients. It finds open decisions in project documents and meeting notes (vague phrases, items "to be defined separately", sentences that can be read two ways), asks the client to decide with the source attached, and keeps a record of what was agreed and of every later change request. This helps vendors and clients avoid disputes at acceptance testing. Pricing: from US$399 per project for 3 months (plus applicable taxes). Free for clients, no account needed. 30-day free trial, no card required. Available in English and Japanese. Made by SBGG LLC, Tokyo, Japan.
