They don't even take personal information! That is how I know its secure. They can't sell my personal data, because they don't have it! They don't even know my last name, let alone my account numbers, address, identify ing info etc. The survey only takes about 10 minutes but gives me a comprehensive view of my financial position. Their occasional emails (quarterlyish) remind me to update my info so I can track my improvements. Their content helps me understand why their recommendations are important for me to improve my finances. So much more valuable than a paid financial advisor without the headache!
