A homeowner types their address. The roof is traced from satellite imagery, the pitch multiplier is applied to turn the footprint into real roof surface area, and a price range is calculated from the contractor's own materials and labour rates. To see the price, the homeowner enters their name and contact details — so the contractor gets a named lead instead of an anonymous visitor who leaves.
The contractor is emailed the moment a lead arrives, and the homeowner is emailed their quote automatically. Every lead is tracked through new, contacted, qualified and won in the dashboard, with a job calendar for booking the site visit and CSV export.
Leads belong to the contractor. They are never resold or shared with other contractors, and there is no per-lead fee — unlike lead marketplaces where several contractors receive the same homeowner.
