NDPRO is NDIS behaviour support software for practice Directors and sole-trader behaviour support practitioners in Australia. It brings the dates and records a behaviour support practice is accountable for into one operational view, each tied to an owner and the evidence that closes it.
What it holds: the restrictive practice register with state and territory authorisations and their expiry; the participant pathway, including interim and comprehensive behaviour support plan dates; practitioner credentials; PBS Capability Framework and supervision records; and the evidence behind each, including what an auditor asks for under NDIS Practice Standards Module 2A. Directors can see what needs attention and who is handling it, without acting as the reminder system.
NDPRO works standalone, with an optional read-only connection to Splose. It is hosted in Sydney and participant data stays in Australia. It does not deliver behaviour support or lodge the monthly restrictive practice return to the NDIS Commission. Pricing is A$59 per active user per month.
