UAT Studio is a user acceptance testing (UAT) tool for CRM projects, built for the people who actually do the testing: business testers and key users, not developers. It is made by Salvion, a Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultancy, and brings the whole UAT into one place, from test cases to sign-off.
Test leads import test cases from Excel or another test tool, or start from ready-made script libraries for Salesforce and Dynamics 365. They put testers in groups, plan the test days with an agenda, and follow progress per group and per tester on a live dashboard. Testers see only their own tests and record Pass, Fail, Blocked or N/A per step, with screenshots and the link to the record in the CRM. A browser extension for Chrome and Edge lets them test in a side panel next to Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
A failed step becomes an issue in one click, with the screenshot and the steps attached. Issues can be triaged, merged as duplicates and sent to Jira or Azure DevOps, with the status coming back automatically. Notifications go to Microsoft Teams, Slack, webhooks, Zapier or Make, and a REST API is available.
At the end, UAT Studio produces a go/no-go report and a formal sign-off with an evidence pack for auditors. Regression rounds for each Salesforce release and the Dynamics 365 updates reuse earlier test cases. Optional AI test design proposes test cases from user stories in Jira, Azure DevOps or plain text; every proposal is approved by a person.
UAT Studio is available in 14 languages, works on a phone, and is hosted in the EU. Plans range from a free trial and a single project to team, business, partner and enterprise plans; implementation partners can run several client workspaces under their own logo.
