Salonwise is salon management software built in India for independent salons, barbershops and small chains. Two things in it work without anybody at the salon: an AI voice agent that telephones enquiries back in Hindi or English, and an AI assistant that answers the salon's WhatsApp in whatever language the customer wrote in and takes booking requests that hold no chair until the salon confirms. Underneath is the counter and the back office: billing with split and part payments, appointments with a lane per stylist, customers and leads on one record, inventory as a ledger, loyalty points, staff attendance, leave, salaries and advances, suppliers' bills, expenses, reports, and the day's takings sent to the owner every night. WhatsApp goes out from the salon's own Business number. Pricing is flat: from ₹5,999 a month, billed monthly with no lock-in, with no commission on bookings and no per-user or per-branch fee. Messages beyond the included 2,500, campaigns and AI calling minutes are billed on use, and Salonwise stops and asks before a bill runs higher than expected. Salons can try it free for 14 days: we set it up on their own services, staff and customers and train the team first. The AI agents work in Hindi and English and can be configured for other languages, and API access and custom development are available on request.
