Salonfolio is a client-record app for hair, skin and nail salons. It replaces the paper client card with one clear record per client, shared by the whole team.
Every record has a safety checklist for allergies, a medication field for anything that changes what's safe to do, and consent that clients sign on screen and that's saved as a PDF. Treatment history and notes from every visit sit alongside it.
The fields match the work: henna and home-colour history, natural depth, underlying pigment, percentage grey and headsheets for hair; retinoid use and sun exposure for skin; acrylic allergy and recent infections for nails.
Owners invite stylists by email, see every client across the team and keep track of product stock. Stylists open the client on a phone or tablet before they start.
Client records, consent forms and backups are stored in South Africa (Johannesburg). Each salon's records are kept separate, and each stylist signs in with their own account.
Salonfolio handles client records and works alongside whatever booking system the salon already uses.
