We first started using this Slack bot when covid hit and our sales team went fully remote. Since then it's really helped with a few key areas: - motivation of our reps (by way of challenges and goal setting directly inside Slack) - visibility into metrics across the team (you can create custom leaderboards to show where everyone stands, and send those directly to slack channel(s) of your choice) - sales coaching. this is probably the biggest area -- huge improvement in speed here. no longer do we need to jump into Salesloft to pull recordings, they're sent directly to Slack and we can coach the reps and share the feedback all inside Slack.
