I truly enjoyed building a relationship with my recruiter, Ashley. She was always warm, down to earth and made me confident that she was going after my best interest. Most recruiters want to fill slots, so they can coach you through a process, but the role may not be a fit, resulting in wasted time and a poor experiences. Ashley was very transparent, readily available and curious about my goals and background. She is truly a matchmaker, and I'm not sure if she will ever know how grateful I am for this entire experience.
