YourLoop is a digital loyalty platform for businesses in the UAE. Cafes, restaurants, salons, car washes, gyms and retailers use it to replace paper stamp cards with a loyalty card that lives in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
There is no app for customers to download. They scan a QR code, enter a name and phone number, and the card is saved to the wallet already on their phone. The business designs the card itself: colours, logo, stamp icon and reward. On a qualifying visit the customer shows the saved card, staff scan it, and the stamp is added. When the target is reached, the reward is ready to claim.
Also included: multi-tier reward cards where each tier resets for the next one, push notifications to the wallet pass, scheduled and win-back messaging, location triggers, a customer list with CSV export, staff roles and multiple locations.
