DwellFlow is a legionella risk assessment app for rented houses and flats in the UK. It is used by landlords, letting agents, and trades who already visit rented homes, such as gas engineers and plumbers. At the property, the app asks one question at a time: how the water comes in, where it is stored, how it is heated, and each room in turn. You take a temperature at every tap and shower and photograph what you find. AI checks the survey while you are still there, then writes the documents: the risk assessment, a sheet for the tenant, and the written scheme of control, with a drawing of the water system and the HSE guidance behind every recommendation. It runs in the web browser on any phone, with nothing to install, and it works with no signal. A survey takes thirty minutes to an hour, depending on the size and type of the water system.
