SafetyChain is helpful as an internal repository. It is great for the quality control and cooking and holds, and less great for document control. SafetyChain LINK is easy to use. I have taught my 60+ year old coworkers and they can use it with ease and independence. Sean Hayes at tech support for SafetyChain is very helpful, attentive, and quick to respond. Our customer support specialist, Val Pecak, is timely, attentive, and quick to respond. He knows the system very well. I use SafetyChain about every day. It is functional and I quite like the Supplier Compliance tab. I like the icons in the menu.
