Sacador is a billing system for Brazilian small and medium businesses that charge customers every month: schools, gyms, clinics, condominiums, accounting and law firms, associations and service providers.
It creates one-off and recurring charges, sends the payment link by WhatsApp and email, reminds customers before and after the due date and marks the charge as paid as soon as the payment comes in. Customers pay by Pix, boleto or credit card and can get a new copy of the bill without calling the company.
The main difference is where the money goes. Most billing platforms receive the payment in their own account and transfer it later. With Sacador, a company can issue boleto and Pix through the agreement it already has with its own bank, so the money lands directly in its account at the fee it negotiated. Banco do Brasil, Itaú and Caixa are supported today, cards can go through Mercado Pago or another acquirer, and new banks with a billing API are added on request. Companies without a bank agreement can start the same day through the built-in payment gateway.
Reminders go out from the company's own WhatsApp number, connected by QR code. Overdue customers move into a collections CRM with the history of every contact and payment promise. Sacador also includes accounts payable, cash management, a public REST API with webhooks and a connector to run the account from ChatGPT or Claude.
