Simple Affiliate runs an in-house affiliate program inside your Shopify store, with no network in the middle. Customers, creators, influencers, and partners sign in with your store's customer accounts and share referral links or discount codes. You set commission rules by product, variant, collection, and discount, add tiered commissions for top affiliates, and see each referred order. Autopay sends automated payouts through Stripe, monthly or on demand, and facilitates Form 1099-K and Form 1099-NEC for eligible U.S. affiliates. The affiliate gets the full commission, and the merchant pays the processing fee on top. PayPal, store credit, and manual payouts are also available. Pricing is a flat monthly fee, with no percentage of referred sales: Starter is free for up to 10 affiliates, Basic is $19/month, Pro is $39/month, and Premium is $59/month.
