It runs alongside your existing pharmacy management system (it does not replace it) and handles 2D barcode scanning (GTIN, lot, serial, expiration), expiration and FEFO tracking, daily FDA recall monitoring against your real stock, and one-tap audit-ready records for DSCSA, state board, and facility inspections. RxRescue is stock-only and designed not to collect patient health information, so there is no Business Associate Agreement to negotiate and the security review is short.
