Crews run the day from the phone: clock in, take the photo, mark it done — works offline, uploads when signal's back, in English or Spanish. Every visit records GPS arrival and departure against the actual property line, so if a customer calls, you're not guessing — you can replay the route for any past day. Billing runs off the visit, not a spreadsheet. The card on file gets charged the moment the job closes, tax is calculated per city automatically, and you can batch-charge a whole route at once. Turf, rock, and mulch areas get measured up front so pricing isn't a guess, and snow jobs record actual snowfall against the ticket. Every plan includes unlimited crews, users, and customers — pricing is based on crew count, not seats.
