Runspine is a cloud-based computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for manufacturing plants, facilities, and maintenance service providers. It brings asset records, preventive maintenance, work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance history together in one place.
Planners can schedule maintenance by calendar or meter readings, assign work, and track due and overdue jobs. Technicians use the mobile app to follow procedures and record work, time, parts, photos, and signatures, including when working offline.
Runspine also supports work requests, purchasing, reporting, and an audit trail. Teams can manage multiple sites and, for service providers, separate customer accounts. The interface is available in English and German, with application servers hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Assisted data migration and onboarding help teams move from spreadsheets and paper to a connected maintenance workflow.
