Rumore is an all-in-one reputation management platform for local businesses. It combines review management, customer messaging, listings, and social media in one dashboard, with an AI Employee drafting the routine work and the owner approving anything public. Rumore sends automated review requests after each visit and aggregates reviews from Google, Trustpilot, Booking.com, and industry sources into one stream, with an AI-drafted reply in the reviewer's language ready to send. Analytics cover rating trend, volume, response rate, AI insights, and benchmarking. One inbox centralizes WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email, and webchat; AI drafts replies in the customer's language. The AI also writes Facebook and Instagram posts and keeps hours, phone, and address accurate. Every capability runs on an autonomy dial: Autopilot or Approve-first. Built for owner-run and multi-location businesses. Same-day setup, one flat price per location, a simpler alternative to Birdeye and Podium.
