Rubli is a great tool for our lease accounting because we have a lot of leases and it helps that we can do bulk uploads and it performs very well with very little to no issues relating to speed I also like the fact that you are able to load leases and see if the result is what you'd expect from a manual calculation, and if it's not you're able to make changes (change certain parameters) to get the correct or desired result.
