IENT has been a game-changer for our procurement and supplier processes. It’s super easy to use, and the implementation was quick thanks to its low-code setup. The biggest advantage of the software is that it can be easily customized to reflect our procurement processes, and we don't have to adjust our processes in any way to align with the software. We use it daily, and it’s packed with all the right features we need — from PRs and POs to invoices — without feeling complicated. IENT has some different and very unique functionality that is useful to our business but not found in other software like supplier bulletins, supplier certification tracking and supplier performance tracking. Integration with our ERP was seamless. Moreover, when we have any change in our internal processes, then it is easy and takes minimal effort for IENT to adapt to our new processes due to the no-code, low-code platform on which the system is built. Overall, it’s a powerful yet easy-to-manage software which is very useful to us and helped our organization save a significant amount of money.
