Routific is above and beyond other sites/apps we've used for over 14 years for organizing food deliveries in our community. Throughout the years, we have tried several different routing services, and Routific has by far been the easiest to set up and use. It gives the most sensible routes and provides an interactive "app" (no downloading) that our volunteers love. As the admin, I appreciate that I can see their route progress and notes at each stop in an organized manner.

customer service is GREAT - they really helped us out in a crisis (and beyond) product is generally straightforward

The best of the many great features Routific offers would be the integrated web-based driver phone app. It offers seamless and direct communication with the drivers which simplifies the very complicated task of distributing planned routes in an almost indescribable way. The best thing about this approach is that the drivers don't have to install an app, they receive a text with a link to the web app when the planning center has finished their job, which was perfect in my particular case where the drivers were volunteers with no experience.

It is also worth mentioning how helpful the Routific team was. They (namely Mr. Jian De Joya) offered quickly accessible and in-depth support in adapting their product to my needs (also, completely free of charge).
