Routes & Maps is route planning and optimization software for small and mid-size delivery and field service businesses. Import your stops from a spreadsheet (or add them manually) and Routes & Maps builds optimized routes that respect time windows, vehicle capacity, driver skills, service times, multiple depots and return-to-reload trips. When a stop can't fit, it explains why and suggests what to try. Dispatchers fine-tune routes by dragging stops on a timeline, with several people working on the same plan at once. Recurring customers can be scheduled on any cycle (weekly, monthly, "2nd Tuesday") with each customer's last visit tracked. Territories can be set by ZIP code or drawn on the map, and each route shows its cost once you enter labor and fuel costs. Drivers get an iOS and Android app with their stops for the day, proof of delivery (photos, signature and notes), barcode scanning and per-stop tasks. It keeps working with a poor signal. Customers receive email notifications and a live ETA tracking link.
