Rotely is inventory and ordering software for bars, run mostly by text. The count is the heart of it: your count comes already filled in, shelf by shelf, with what Rotely expects you to have, so you only fix what's different. Rotely reads your distributor invoices from a photo or an email, and your till's daily sales report, so it always knows what came in and what went out. From that it drafts your orders for you to approve, and nothing goes to a supplier until you press Send. It warns you before a bottle runs out, compares what you pay for the same bottle at each store, spots price rises the day the invoice comes in, and picks up the specials your reps send. Owners get a short Monday summary by text and a monthly report. There's no hardware, and no register or supplier login to hand over. Switching over takes an export from whatever you use now. $149 a month plus tax, no setup fee, month to month.
