RosterThat is volunteer scheduling software for groups that fill the same shifts week after week: churches, sports teams, booster clubs, camps, and community organisations. Instead of building a new signup sheet for every event, you set up your roles and shift pattern once and generate the whole season. Auto-fill rotates people fairly based on availability rather than rewarding whoever clicks fastest, so the same five volunteers stop carrying every week. Volunteers get a public signup link and a personal portal where they can claim spots, swap shifts with each other, and say when they can no longer make it. Automatic email reminders go out before each shift. Coordinators can run in approval mode, track who has paid for things like concessions or uniforms, and see a change history of who did what. There is no app to install for volunteers, and nothing to log in to for a simple signup. The free plan covers small teams with up to 20 people and two active rosters. Paid plans add more people, unlimited rosters, and multiple organisations.
