rostersignup is registration software for the people who run youth programs on their own time: rec league registrars, PTA club leads, scout leaders, camp directors and volunteer coaches.
Instead of stitching together a Google Form, Venmo requests, paper waivers and a spreadsheet, organizers create a program in about ten minutes from their phone and share one link or QR code. Parents open it, pick the right age group, register one or more children in a single checkout, sign the organizer's waiver online and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. Parents don't need to create an account.
Organizers get one live roster showing who's registered, who's paid and who's signed, with money going straight to their organization's own Stripe account.
Who it's for
Youth programs with roughly 15 to 400 kids that don't have staff or a budget for league-management software: recreational sports, scouts, PTA clubs, day camps, church programs and community classes.
What it isn't
rostersignup isn't a full league-management suite. There are no schedules, team chat or websites. It does registration, waivers and payments, and keeps them reconciled.
Privacy
rostersignup stores only a child's first and last name, age group, program and waiver status. It never asks for birthdates, addresses, photos, schools or medical information. Registration records are deleted automatically 90 days after a program ends. There are no ads or tracking scripts on any page parents use.
