Rostavo is the back office for a small in-home service agency. It replaces the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp group, the paper certificate folder and the separate invoicing tool with one system. Coordinators plan recurring visits once and let them generate themselves, fill a same-day gap by offering the shift to everyone who is free rather than ringing down a list, and see before a certificate expires rather than after somebody has already worked on it. Staff get an installable phone app with shift alerts and one-tap check-in that records where and when they arrived. Families and clients get their own portal to request work, see who is coming, pay and leave a review. Because check-in records the hours actually worked, invoices and staff payouts come from the same record, so the number a client disputes and the number you can evidence are the same number. One codebase serves several trades and relabels itself for each: Worker becomes Nanny, Cleaner or Carer, Family becomes Owner or Household, Booking becomes Visit or Clean. Every feature is included for every agency; you switch off the parts you do not use rather than paying for a higher tier.
