Their support staff and technical support team are super knowledgeable and willing to help out quickly. Several times I've had questions or issues I've been met with customer service that is unmatched by any other hosting provider I've used (Godaddy, Siteground, Greengeeks) .

One incredible company!

I am an absolute newbie when it comes to WordPress at times and have never had my own hosting before. As a result I have sent a ridiculous number of questions that most of their users probably know the answers to themselves but unfortunately I am clueless. Rosehosting has been extremely polite, helpful and quick with every reply. Never once have I felt as if I was being an annoying customer and they have even taught me a few new things in their replies. They respond quickly as if you are their top priority. These guys are the best. Seriously, don't go anywhere else.
