roomteur is software for landlords who rent rooms, beds or apartments to companies and their field workers in Germany ("Monteurzimmer"). Inquiries from your own mailbox, a bed-level occupancy plan, invoices and payments live in one place instead of spreadsheets, calendars and Word templates.
roomteur reads the period and number of people from inquiry emails and checks whether enough beds are free. Each booking turns into a validated e-invoice (ZUGFeRD, EN 16931) at no extra cost. Payments are matched by uploading your bank statement.
Also included: a record for every company, weekly or monthly billing, receipts for cash payments, key figures per house and individual logins with permissions for staff. roomteur runs in the browser on desktop and mobile, hosted in Germany. Built inside a business that rents out worker accommodation itself.
