Rocky Road Dental Scheduling

Rocky Road dental scheduling software replaces phone-and-paper booking with one shared calendar for every dentist, chair and location. Patients book online 24/7, get automatic SMS and email reminders, and are brought back for cleanings and pending treatment with recall automation. Pricing is simple: $0 upfront, no setup fee and no monthly subscription. Practices pay $5 per booking, so a solo office and a multi-location group both pay only for the appointments they actually get. Key features: 24/7 online booking; automatic SMS and email appointment reminders to cut no-shows; multi-clinic management from one account; staff scheduling for dentists, hygienists and front-desk teams; revenue and staff performance reports by clinic and provider; recall and follow-up automation; and patient records with booking history in one place. Patient data is protected with role-based access, audit logging of record access, automatic sign-out and HTTPS encryption on every page and booking. Built for solo dentists, family and cosmetic practices, orthodontists, implant and specialist practices, and multi-location dental groups across the US.
