OfficeOn is a cloud-based business management software for small trade businesses, developed by Robert Bosch Power Tools GmbH. It is designed for companies with 1 to 10 employees across trades such as plumbing and heating, electrical, carpentry, painting, roofing, metalwork, and landscaping.
The software consists of a browser-based web application for office work and a mobile app for iOS and Android used by employees on site. Both are synchronized in real time. No installation or special hardware is required.
Core functions include quote and invoice creation (including partial and final invoices), cost calculation, project and order management, scheduling with job assignment to employees, mobile time tracking booked directly to orders, site documentation with photos and dictated reports, on-site measurement, and a catalog for materials and services.
OfficeOn integrates with DATEV and lexoffice for accounting, supports IDS and Datanorm for importing wholesaler article data, and uses the GAEB DA XML standard for exchanging construction tender data. Data is stored on servers within the EU in compliance with GDPR.
