RNB Coaching is an all-in-one coaching platform for personal trainers, online coaches and small coaching businesses. It brings training programs, nutrition plans, scheduling, group classes, client communication and progress tracking together in one place, so coaches spend less time on admin and more time coaching.
Coaches build week-by-week and day-by-day training programs with a large exercise library, including photos and execution instructions. Every client has one profile that combines measurements, programs, nutrition, workouts, check-ins and messages. Intake questions about goals, injuries and health conditions help coaches stay safe, and the platform warns when an exercise may not suit a client. Nutrition plans can be suggested and then adjusted by the coach, who can also see what a client actually eats. Clients book sessions during the coach’s available hours, sign up for group classes, and chat with their coach. Weekly check-ins, habit tracking, progression suggestions and PDF reports support follow-up. The coach always confirms each suggestion, so nothing changes automatically.
Clients get their own mobile-friendly member portal where they follow their program, log sets, reps and weights, track meals and habits, upload private videos for feedback, and view their progress, including a muscle map that shows what they trained. Coaches can run the platform under their own name, logo and colors.
RNB Coaching also offers a Private plan for individuals who want to train on their own, with personal training programs, workout logging, optional nutrition tracking and progress measurements.
