It’s very easy to use and also cost-effective. I was looking for a simple, clean app to help me organize my time, and this fits what I needed.

The UI is genuinely easy to navigate, even for someone who isn’t especially tech-savvy. I’m also not seeing bugs anymore, Rize seems to have tracked them down. The pricing for full teams feels very modest for how much value and day-to-day use you get out of it. On top of that, the support is probably the best I’ve ever had from any service. The AI features are impressive at predicting what I’m working on, like the right task or project. Overall, you really can’t go wrong with this app.

The automatic tracking is the part I actually rely on. I don't start or stop anything, and at the end of the day I have an accurate picture of where my hours went instead of a guess. That matters more than it sounds when you run a small team and every hour has an opportunity cost attached to it. The category breakdown is what changed my behaviour. Seeing that a "productive" day was actually 40% context switching is uncomfortable but useful. Focus sessions with distraction blocking, break nudges, and the meeting time pulled from my calendar all do their job without much configuration. The weekly reports are the thing I open most.
