Gymsense is gym and studio management software for independent operators, typically running one to five locations. It brings member records, memberships, recurring billing, payments, check-ins, personal training and class scheduling, staff permissions, owner reporting, point-of-sale workflows, digital waivers, and member account tools into one platform. Owners and staff manage daily work through the web dashboard and Gymsense Pro mobile app. Members can review account information, manage payment methods, purchase available products, check in, manage personal training sessions, browse available classes, and book or cancel class reservations. Gymsense is configured around how each gym already works. Guided onboarding and migration can organize records from platform exports, Stripe, spreadsheets, or paper agreements without presenting the product as custom-built software. Once Gymsense is configured and live, the first three months are free. After that, gyms can continue for $99 per month per location, with no long-term contract.
