Great tool to increase DE&I in student recruiting
RippleMatch is very comprehensive and user friendly. I especially like the ability to combine events, recruiting, and communities data all in the same place. We've had some great intern hires come from RippleMatch. I have also constantly been impressed by the customer service and partnership we have received from the member team, including Meg Hwang, who is a rockstar!

There are many candidates on the platform interested in Computer Science and/or Online E-Commerce. Most of our intern program is recruited from RM for this function of the business. The candidates are usually always high caliber and motivated!

Ripplematch has the most user-friendly platform for college recruitment. You can manually set it up or have one of your account managers help. The stability of your ripple-match account manager is a huge plus vs. other platforms. Also having a warm lead already helps out in the recruitment process.
