Ripple runs logistics and supply chain operations with enterprise-grade AI, giving teams more capacity, lower costs and faster growth.
Our AI works across the inboxes, documents, portals and systems teams already use, including CargoWise, TMS, WMS and ERP platforms.
It applies each client’s own business rules, runs standard work automatically and routes genuine exceptions to the right person, with the context to decide. Every client gets a bespoke user interface showing every workflow Ripple runs for them, with a full audit trail behind it.
We design, build, run and continuously improve each solution, and go live in weeks.
We focus on three areas:
1) Customs and Trade Operations: document extraction, HS/HTS classification and customs-entry preparation
2) Quote-to-Cash: inbound freight quoting, rate checks, bookings and billing
3) Operational Compliance and Risk Management: Vendor Management, incidents, audits, document management, Contract Management, and ESG data management and reporting
Where existing software is expensive or no longer fits the business, Ripple can also build and run a purpose-built alternative.
Ripple is built for freight forwarders, customs brokers, transport companies, 3PLs, shippers and carriers, and the operations, compliance, QHSE, sustainability and finance teams within them.
The proof is in production. Selected deployments deliver 99%+ accuracy, up to 95% less manual effort, 10X+ throughput and up to 75% lower technology costs.
At Pentagon Freight Services, Ripple removes up to 1,400 hours a week of manual UK customs preparation.
We work with clients across North America, the UK, Europe and the Middle East, including JAS Worldwide, Pentagon Freight Services, W.W. Rowland Trucking, Bergen Logistics, Novex Supply Chain, Polo 4PL and RAM International Shipping.
