Every start and end of work is recorded with the exact time and place. The register serves as reliable evidence during any inspection, in the event of a customer complaint and in case of discrepancies in the settlement with an employee. The system independently detects attempts to manipulate location data and flags deviations from the schedule in real time.
Hours are calculated automatically according to the rules defined for each branch, including breaks and rounding. The HR department receives a complete statement of the amounts due.
