okRate is a cloud-based, AI-powered Revenue Management System (RMS) for independent hotels, B&Bs, vacation rentals and property managers, built in Italy. It automatically calculates the optimal price for every single room and rate plan, several times a day, analysing booking history, pick-up, demand, local events, weather and competitor rates (rate shopper included). okRate connects to the property's PMS and channel manager, imports past and future reservations and pushes updated rates to OTAs, booking engine and GDS, with no manual work. It includes forecasting, variance analysis and reporting, and the hotelier always keeps control with manual overrides. Every customer is onboarded and followed by a dedicated revenue consultant, with setup included and support in Italian. Designed for hotels from 10 to 80 rooms, extra-hotel accommodation, property managers and revenue consultants/agencies managing multiple properties.
