What stands out most is the flexibility — you can experiment freely, test different approaches, and genuinely shape the way you work. The customer success team actually listens to feedback, and you can see that reflected in how the product evolves. Having that kind of influence over a tool you use every day is pretty rare.
The AI agent has also been a major improvement for template creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Tasks that used to take hours — building variants, reviewing results, iterating on campaigns — now move much faster and require far less manual work.

I like that Reteno's core functionality just works well, with consistently high email deliverability and well-performing campaigns.
