Retaildesk is a point-of-sale system for retail and hospitality, built in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. We started ten years ago as POS Kassasystemen and now run on more than 850 points of sale across the Netherlands, from the corner coffee bar to chains with dozens of locations.
Why we built Retaildesk
Business owners used to have two choices: a simple system that outgrows itself fast, or a bulky enterprise package that's too expensive and too complex for a normal shop. We believe the neighborhood store deserves the same tools as the national chain. So we built one platform that grows with you. Start small, pay small. Open a second or third location, just add it. You never have to switch systems.
What you can do with it
Start with the till and add the modules you need. Integrated card payments, so the amount goes straight to the payment terminal. Inventory management that also syncs your webshop, whether that's WooCommerce, Shopify, or your own pickup site. Loyalty cards and gift cards. Invoicing straight from the till. Integrations and hardware
We connect with the accounting software and webshops you likely already use, so you never enter data twice. We also supply hardware: counter registers, compact tills, mobile handhelds, customer displays, receipt printers, and payment terminals. Already have equipment? You can often keep using it.
