ResumeRank Pro is AI-powered resume screening software that automates candidate evaluation. The platform analyzes resumes by verifying years of experience per skill from work history rather than relying on self-reported skills sections. Recruiters can upload up to 50 resumes in formats like PDF, DOC, DOCX, and TXT through a drag-and-drop interface. The software allows users to input job descriptions, required skills, and experience thresholds while marking competencies as required or nice-to-have. ResumeRank Pro generates a ranked list that scores candidates out of 100 based on job alignment. Detailed report cards highlight strengths, weaknesses, and verified experience for each candidate. A skills matrix compares candidates against requirements with color-coded indicators. The platform verifies skill usage duration across roles rather than simply matching keywords. ResumeRank Pro operates independently of applicant tracking systems and processes large candidate pools within minutes.
