Reslota is a point of sale system for cafes and restaurants, with an AI assistant that works the restaurant's WhatsApp.
The POS runs the counter and the floor: dine in, takeaway and delivery orders, tables that order in rounds, kitchen slips on 58 mm or 80 mm receipt printers, and bills settled by cash, card, bank transfer or customer credit (udhaar). Shifts close with a blind cash count. Riders are followed from pickup to delivery, with delivery charged as one amount or by the km. Recipes take stock off the shelf as dishes are cooked, so food cost and waste are real figures. The till keeps taking orders when the internet drops, and the owner gets the day's sales on WhatsApp.
On the AI plans, guests message the restaurant's WhatsApp number and the AI answers them in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu: menu, hours, location and delivery questions, and orders, which land on the till with the guest's name, number and address. The top plan also takes table bookings, checked against real availability. Anything the AI cannot settle goes to staff in a shared inbox.
Reslota runs in the browser on the phones and laptops a restaurant already has. Plans start at Rs 3,000 (about $11) per location per month, with a 7 day free trial.
