resiqo is web-based management software for restaurants, bars, cafés and event venues in Germany. It combines guest-facing and team-facing workflows in one system: online table reservations via a website widget and booking page, a visual floor plan with rooms, areas and combinable tables, no-show protection through deposits or card guarantees, and online gift voucher sales with redemption and balance tracking. For staff, resiqo provides shift scheduling with shift swaps, open-shift applications and leave requests, time tracking and reports, operational task checklists with timestamped completion, a knowledge base for recipes, equipment manuals and training, and team announcements with read receipts. Multiple locations can be managed under one login. Optional add-ons cover HACCP self-monitoring, inventory counts, and documents with digital signatures. resiqo runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and smartphone without installation or hardware. Pricing is a monthly or annual subscription with no per-cover booking fees; the venue keeps its guest data and branding. The interface is in German.
