I particularly like that I can tag and follow up with leads marked as no answer, leading me directly to them so I can start calling. Additionally, I appreciate the customer assistance; they are very consistent and thorough in answering questions, even the small ones, through chat and email support, responding within minutes to hours, which is extremely useful. Also, REsimpli's features are easy to understand, and the customer service is spectacular. I can download more than a thousand leads into the system, and the list stacking functionality is great for cold calling.
