I like the comprehensiveness of their solution. Its one tool that solves most of my Identity and access governance requirements. ReShield provides me visibility into what identities I have in various systems and what are their access levels. With so many SaaS apps, cloud platforms, databases it was previously difficult to find out who has access to what, but now I can get that easily from one dashboard. What I find amazing is that I don’t have to buy a separate solution for Non Human Identity Management, as they provide all the functionalities to discover, define ownership and rotate NHIs as well. I love their insights feature, which shows me the things that my team needs to fix like which users aren’t using MFA in what systems, which users are just lying dormant etc. The access review functionality has been a boon for us, they have built it very intelligently, helps save us a lot of time. We also use their access requests to provide elevated access temporarily when needed.

It provides me clear visibility into who has access to what systems with what permissions, I can easily query and generate the access reports I need. It also provides the IAM risk insights that helps me identify what we need to fix in our system. I was able to identify few systems where ex-employees accounts were still present, many people not using MFA even though we have a strict policy on that. Their access review has really saved us a lot of time for creating reports and performing access certifications. Our DevOps / SRE teams also use ReShield to provide Just in Time access to infrastructure systems and the IT teams use them to provision/deprovision access to various SaaS applications. The ease of use, quick setup and the fact that it helps with security, compliance as well as automating access requests, it helps various functions in the company.
