Very flexible software

|Clinical Research Suite
eTMF software helps me streamline all operations from startup to study closure. The software is highly customizable, so we can set up a separate process for each study type. We set up the system during onboarding, and with the help of consultants, we implemented it step by step, making it an integrated platform. We started with eTMF and we expanded to CTMS. What I like about ResearchManager as an organization is that our requests are listened to. They are discussed for possible solutions, and if needed, added to a development list so they can be included in the roadmap.

Research manager review as a monitor

|Clinical Research Suite
Being able to see status of study and documents in real-time (as a monitor, I don't have to wait for visits to site to review documents, but I have remote access which makes thing a lot easier and quicker to complete tasks). It spares time as I don't have to ask everything to sites staff, but I can see it from what updates are made in the system.
